Title: Digitalization Network Program Office Support
 Location: Alpharetta-GA 
Duration: 6+months with possible extension
 |  | Digitalization Network Program Office Support Specific Requirements: 
 Primary responsibility will be to assist the Siemens Digitalization Network (SDN) Program Lead with program / project office responsibilities. 
 The successful candidate will be part of a Global Team consisting of over 50+ project resources that interacts well with individuals at all levels of the organization. This person must demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment and conduct business with respect to others. The Program Office Support / Coordinator will report directly to the Head of the Regional PMO Director and Global Program Lead. The role is responsible for overall facilitation of program meetings, coordination of ensuring all project managers are delivering their status reports, relevant communication materials, time keeping, resource planning and budget oversight. 
 Key Responsibilities: 
 • Facilitate program related topics, which include regular status meetings, internal program communications, project time keeping, financial analysis where applicable of forecasts to actuals 
 • Ability to run reports / data analytics capabilities using Tableau Software and other internal reports tools, e.g. DMPM (demand management / project management tracking) 
 • Ensure Siemens Social Media (SSN) communications are handled in a timely manner by program or project 
 • Oversight of various FAQ’s that arise from program and or project questions are answered and or facilitated in a timely fashion 
 • Ensure that each project workstream is providing and summarize their weekly project updates (executive summary & status report published to appropriate channels) 
 • Coordinate regional team meetings, facilitate agenda planning, drive meetings to keep participation and publish meeting minutes / relevant actions, etc. 
 • Ability to lead and coordinate global program / project meetings, document meeting minutes and keep attendees within allotted time schedule 
 Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred but High School Diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) could be sufficient with relevant experience desired. 
 Knowledge and Experience: 
 • 2 years’ experience in a IT Infrastructure Service Management Organization 
 • Proficiency with working with Microsoft Office 365 suite, e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. 
 • International experience a plus and or willingness to work with colleagues in various time zones 
 • Tableau Software / reporting capabilities 
 • Knowledge in network topics, WAN, WLAN, Cloudi-fi, ZScaler, etc. 
 • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously 
 • Strong customer service, interpersonal skills with a positive attitude & self-motivated 
 • Good analytical and decision-making skills 
 • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
 • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail 
 • Flexibility to work the assigned schedule as business needs require 
 • Ability to lead and coordinate global program / project meetings, document meeting minutes and keep attendees within allotted time schedule 
 Additional (preferred) Requirements: 
 • Highly developed business acumen 
 • Knowledge in IT Infrastructure and Applications in a project role capacity 
 • Understanding and knowledge of PMI and Agile Standards as a basis for being a project manager 
 • Excellent written and verbal communications, ability to present complex issues to multi-level audiences of stakeholders 
 • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) knowledge and experience 
 • Desire to become a project manager
