Sales Analyst

Location: Andover MA
 Duration: 6 Months with potential to convert fulltime

 Key Responsibilities/Duties: 
 Provide contract analytics to our internal/external customers using data resulting from a contract relationship by creating and enforcing effective Pricing Strategies, compliance, and making informed business decisions to maximize revenue. 
 Work with field sales, marketing, finance, and Contracts Managers to provide Order In Take (OIT) reporting via dashboards, Excel to be used internally for Management purposes to drive the business 
 Create and maintain customer facing reports 
 Create customized reports to meet business and customer needs. 
 Build and maintain data using SAP, Excel, Tableau and other data sources. 
 Create solutions using macros, formulas in Excel, Access and Business Warehouse (BW) to improve 
 
 Efficiencies 
 Consolidate data from Sales Operations with Contract knowledge from the Contracts Team to support spend reporting. 
 Drive all project work/timeliness with internal and external stakeholders. 
 Drive IT System enhancements to support new business requirements. 
 
 Process requests to add list, discounts or pricing to an existing OIT report. 
 Perform Non GPO contract reporting of Local contracts and Tier validation of these contracts. 
 Prepare customer-facing analytics including savings reports a customer is getting from Group Buy above their contracted GPO or Group Buy pricing. 
 Analyze pricing files from different sources and write SQL queries in Access to determine discrepancies. 
 Conduct data collection from various databases for commercial contracts. 
 Identify Process Improvements. 
 Update/Create work documents and train team on new process. 
 
 Requirements: 
 Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, highly desirable or equivalent experience. 
 Advanced user of Excel. 
 Advanced Systems capability. 
 Working knowledge of SAP desired. 
 Clear and concise oral and written communications 
 Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Skill in prioritizing tasks required. 
 Good organizational skills and aptitude for detail. 
 Ability to work under minimal supervision on day-to-day activities, maintaining a high degree of integrity. 
 Ability to use good judgment and make confident decisions under defined policies and procedures. 
 Work well within a team environment to accomplish departmental goals. 
 Available to work overtime
