JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responding to client requests for marketing information, advice, explanations, or schedules through phone and e-mail.
- Marketing support and analysis for our Benefits Benchmarking Survey for Mid-Market Employers.
- Preparing presentations, reports, letters, and other materials as needed to support our client’s marketing efforts. We use templates based primarily in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for most of these.
- Presenting demos of our products and work samples for client meetings.
- Performing analysis on specific marketing initiatives, clients and their current/new business outlook, “hot prospect lists”, and others in conjunction with clients and senior leadership.
- Assist with planning and staffing marketing events such as our annual client summit, trade association meetings, and other ad hoc events.

- Ability to portray a professional image consistent with company's role as a consultant with phone calls, e-mails, and other correspondence.
- Ability to work independently within a team-based consulting environment.
- Previous experience with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new skills, particularly computer programs, and offer input.
- Flexibility within a customer first attitude.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- B.S. or B.A. (Master’s degree a plus).
- GPA of 3.25 or greater.
- Previous experience within marketing and insurance preferred but not required.
