Marketing Analyst

Key Areas of Responsibilities 
• Build, report and consolidate digital analytics reports to assist in analyzing web metrics to determine trends, successes, site optimizations and marketing opportunities to drive recommendations to site owners and marketing stakeholders. 
• Utilize analytic and data management techniques to create actionable insights that impact the ROI/ROAS digital marketing campaigns 
- Assist in getting all paid media campaigns (mainly digital campaigns) into the DROI process run by Philips to show the funnel view to conversion (to sale or opt in) 
- Test and analyze creative and campaign structures to increase ROI and drive incremental response behaviors 
• Work with the Philips EIM reporting team to establish technical development of reports, define and document business requirements. Confirm that the reports fulfill the requirements once they are established and pass a QA test. Solutions and reports can range from tagging of a webpage to a funnel report to a sale conversion. 

Other Requirements 
• Must be organized and consistent with on-time weekly required reports 
• Monitor and/or create new analytic dashboards to measure all digital properties and campaigns; weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cadence of data inputs 
- Knowledge Required: 
- Adobe Omniture 
- Excel –advanced skills, build/use pivot tables 
- Knowledge a plus: 
- Google DoubleClick and Paid Search platforms 
- QlikView
