The ISO Certification Program Lead will support all aspects of the PS DO Integrated Management System, with main responsibility for the ISO Certification program as well as the PS DO Internal Audit program. This position will also support other QM tasks as required. The IMS Lead will report into the PS DO Head of Integrated Management System & Operational Review.
Key Accountabilities include:
Planning, execution, and maintenance of all aspects of the PS DO ISO certification program.
Expert in use of Audit Management System (AMS).
Skilled in planning, execution, and closure of a company-wide internal audit program.
Ability to establish a QEHS management system for a site.
Drive customer quality culture and train employees.
Manage working-level customer relationships.
Drive improvement of customer satisfaction for quality performance.
Drive continuous improvement in the audit program.
Drive read across of best practices and corrective actions.
Liaise with other locations to share information; provide status updates; and to review, share, and implement best practices.
Maintain the PS DO ISO certification program.
Measure and monitor compliance to ensure the PS DO audit program meets the requirements of customers, standards and regulatory/certifying authorities.
Work with certifying body to coordinate ISO audit program.
Ensure all internal and external audits are input in the AMS properly and closed out by target dates.
Travel to sites to provide IMS support and training as needed.
Deliver monthly ISO and Audit quality dashboards and implement improvement actions.
Maintain a team of qualified auditors.
Provide day-to-day support and management of the audit program.
Perform and support audits as needed.
Conduct quality topic training.
Coordinate and produce PS DO management review.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Extensive experience maintaining global ISO certificate portfolio.
Highly skilled in interpretation of ISO standards, especially 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 18001:2007, and 45001:2018.
Global audit program development and management experience.
Experience working with ISO registrars.
Bachelor’s degree required.
5 + years’ internal audit program management experience.
QEHS management system experience.
Working knowledge of problem-solving methods.
Skilled in working with data and producing metric charts.
Excellent presentation skills.
