Title: Sales Enablement Program officer
Duration: 6 months
Location: San Jose, CA
We are looking for a business person to help the Sales Enablement Program Office create and implement a tool to manage and report on projects that are planned and underway.
Responsibilities
- Take direction from Project Managers to define needs and implement solutions.
- Integrate Office 365 and other “off the shelf” software programs with one another to track and report on projects.
Requirements
- Demonstrable skills in all Office 365 applications (especially OneNote, SharePoint)
- Demonstrable skills in Smart Sheet, SFDC, Revegy
- PST or EST Office hours.
- A structured thinker with excellent writing, presentation, and analytical skills
- A reliable self-starter with a focus on action
Background
- Business or academic project experience as a Project Manager or active participant.
- Business experience with the tools above
