Executive Administrative Assistant

Qualifications/Requirements 
 Associate’s Degree in Business or related discipline (or High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 3 additional years of related industry experience) 
 Minimum of 2 years of related industry experience 
 
 Desired Characteristics 
 Prior executive administrative experience 
 Demonstrated high-level proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 
 Strong interpersonal skills both in person and via phone / e-mail 
 General understanding of time zones globally 
 Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive material and critical assignments in a professional, discrete manner 
 Strong written and verbal communication skills 
 Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills 
 Able to work as a team player with other BHGE Admins globally
