Technical Program Manager

Key Responsibilities: 
• Responsible for leading multiple teams through our Offer Lifecycle Process (OLP). • Interfacing with multiple teams across WW locations. • Defining the program governance (controls); Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress; Managing the program’s budget; Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements; Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies; Managing and utilizing resources across projects; Managing stakeholders’ communication; Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome” with the aid of the business change manager; and Managing the main program documentations. • Responsible for driving change and continually improving the efficiency of the Project. • Maintains in-depth awareness of industry trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices to meet project/program delivery requirements. 

Requirements: 
Strong program management skills including the ability to influence across teams. Technical knowledge on SW development, ideally with ability to understand operating system requirements at a high level. Dell experience in product group is a strong plus. Will work with multiple program managers on the team, as well as PMs and other functions across product group. Individual will see a relatively broad view across HW platforms and SW. This position is located onsite. Hours are flexible - must be willing to attend some evening calls to interface with teams in Asia.
