Job Family Summary
- Responsible for E2E managing of a project to develop and implement SAP/ Software processes and services from requirements analysis through project go live, hypercare, project close ad lessons learned activities.
- Responsible for gaining agreements on and achieving project objectives, balancing schedule, cost, quality and requirements.
- Ensuring effective resolution and agreement on design for requirements.
- Ensure documented Project Management Plan detailing project stages
- Ensure documented Acceptance Criteria to exit each stage
- Manages the scope and requirements.
- Manages the internal and external stakeholders.
- Manages the business case and is a business partner focused on maximization of the added value for the business.
- Manages project ensuring execution is in line with project guidelines and directives.
- Determines project risks, defines corrective action and drives the project to closure.
- Determines, allocates, and directs all project resources in accordance with guidelines
- Ensures project compliance to corporate policies/rules/procedures using Philips software deployment methodology
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Apply standard Philips Project Management methodology based on PMI standard project requirements to a project to develop and deploy Philips business processes supported by standard IT platforms including SAP ERP.
- Builds relationship with critical stakeholders understanding, communicating progress to achieve business value drivers.
- Formulates and manages Project Plan: project schedule, resource plan, business case, communication plan, stakeholder management plan, quality management plan, risk management plan, issue management; forecast to benefits realization;
- Manages resources to ensure that documentation and training meet standards required for project success and Medical Devices and program requirements.
- Controls and communications in business language: project budget and project progress.
- Evaluates all project initiatives as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added-value. Takes corrective action when necessary and generate adequate reporting.
- Leads the Transformation Project, within the project budget and program strategy, in terms of quality, money, time, information and organization, monitoring progress and managing assigned resources.
- Directs employees and gives them operational guidance, both technically and organizationally.
- Reports on employees’ performance to the hierarchical superior of the employees or the purpose of appraisal and makes proposals for training.
- Will require managing business and IT partners in a virtual setting. Business customers will be on-site but key business partners, customers and stakeholders will not be on-site.

Required Experience and Competences
- PMI Certification – Project Management Professional (PMP)
- 8+ years experience as Project Manager deploying SAP, Sales Force, CRM System or Pricing System
- Fosters excellent cross-functional communications and integrates the work of managers to achieve business objectives.
- Experience working with teams who are not co-located.
- Experience working in pre-defined Project Methodology but considerable freedom is permitted in achieving end results.
- Experience working in regulated industry
- Experience leading major multi-site projects that impact activities/operation of a business.
- Experience determining and executing detailed waterfall project plan.
- Experience with Commercial or Operations functions.
