Job Description:
Manages projects, typically from initiation through delivery. Coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity, which bring distinct, specific projects to completion on time and within budget. Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project Allocates work among team members and provides guidance on a regular basis Conducts periodic reviews to ensure project is on track and conducts post-project reviews Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis Utilizes relevant project management tools, systems, and applications Defines supporting and/or driving process improvements. Typically requires 2+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience. 
Must be onsite M - F; 8 - 5 or 9 - 6; 40 hrs/wk; No OT anticipated, must be pre-approved
 
Responsibilities:
Typically responsible for a defined project activities Supports a small part of a function or process with limited scope Performs basic project analyst duties and supports senior level Project Managers Participates in a routine phase/project/process Identifies and escalates issues for resolution as necessary May utilize a variety of technologies in the support of project/program plans, milestones and deliverables May prepare and conduct presentations and communications 
This person must be driven, resourceful, comfortable solving problems autonomously, forward thinking, and able to maintain confidentiality. Must also be detail oriented, tenacious, self-aware, and able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Experience with the MS Office suite is required. Candidate must have 2+ years project management and/or business experience and an undergraduate degree in a related field. 
 
Principal Accountabilities

• Project management: monitors schedules, tracks approvals, assists with budget forecasting, builds and distributes reports, provides meeting support, and follows up on general project/program related deliverables. • Tracks team members work and provides resource guidance on a regular basis. • Purchasing management: Enters and manages Purchase Orders • Conducts periodic reviews to ensure projects are on track and conducts post-project reviews. • Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis. • Utilizes relevant project management tools, systems, and applications. • Supports and drives process improvements.
