HR Coordinator

Title: HR Internal Transfer Specialist
Duration:- 6 months with potential to extend
Location:-San Jose, CA

In this role, you will lead and build out the internal transfer program for the company. You will interact with recruiters, hiring managers, legal, and business partners to contribute to the overall success of the team by delivering a high level of customer service and quality throughout the lifecycle of an internal transfer.
Your Core Responsibilities:
• Lead and build out the internal transfer program globally
• Process internal transfers from time of offer to close
• Organize and lead pre-hire paperwork / offer letters for all internal candidates
• Responsible for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in our applicant tracking system
• Communicate expertly, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy, treating all internal candidates with dignity and respect
• Liaising with legal, immigration, HRBPs, and recruiting teams
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
Your Qualifications:
• Program coordination experience
• Passionate about providing an amazing candidate experience
• Excellent work ethic and sound sense of urgency
• Acute attention to detail
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Able to handle sensitive/confidential information
• Excellent customer service skills, business etiquette
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to meet deadlines in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• Computer Skills: Outlook is a requirement, as well as being Internet literate. Well versed with MS Office applications, Excel, and Google Drive
• Solid communicator and phenomenal teammate
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving and demanding environment.
• Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in Recruiting or HR function
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
