In this position you who will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting and use creative sourcing methods to attract candidates. Additionally, this individual will recommend, develop and ensure corporate recruiting objectives are met.
What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Minimum of 3+ years of recruiting experience working in a high-volume fast-paced environment.
Proven results sourcing, interviewing and managing the recruiting process, delivering qualified candidates within company's time to fill standards.
Must be organized, highly detail oriented, process driven to achieve company goals.
Goal focused and willing to work diligently and use creative approaches to sourcing.
Superb interpersonal skills and customer service acumen.
Creative and proven time management skills.
Must be able to collaborate with other decision-makers within the company.
Shows initiative and ability to exercise independent judgment.
Bachelor's Degree
Relevant Experience or Degree in: Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or 4 years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of degree
Your Responsibilities?
Locates qualified candidates within the applicant tracking system. Sources job boards and professional associations.
Interviews and screens candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.
Schedules or administer assessments as needed for prospective employees.
Interacts with hiring managers to develop an understanding of job requirements.
Presents job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiates job offers for the most qualified candidate(s).
Completes the hiring process by drafting and gaining sign offs on offer letter. sign-off on offer letters.
