SPREADSHEET SPECIALIST

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:• Access Reporting System• Has ability to format reports, use formulas/functions, sort data• Maintain records of activities and tasks• Respond to requests for information Education and Experience:• MUST HAVE 1-2 years experience• Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel• Formal computer training• Proficient in relevant web-based applications• Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed• Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation• Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
