Technical Analyst, Systems/Tools

Location: Sturtevant WI
 Duration: 10 months+

The Technical Analyst, Systems/Tools will support the global packaging process methodology to deliver solutions for all global categories, customers and corporate initiatives against goals, objectives, timelines and budgets. This position requires a senior resource, preferably someone that has managed technical resources , who possesses the ability, agility and savvy within a corporate environment to drive projects and programs to implementation, providing supporting documentation for long term governance around established processes. Must be able to act as the point person to gather feedback from users and maintain a truly global system.
Business Driver:
 Acquire graphics process and deep WebCenter application expertise
 Understand all tools that support the graphics process across the functions and across the organization ecosystem
 Provide recommendations for WebCenter and other tool enhancements and process improvements based on learnings from internal cross-functional partners and graphics suppliers
 Support graphic technical process touch points with external agencies and vendors
 
 Technical Support:
 Serve as liaison with Business, Process and Technology (BPT) organization related to internal IT systems and applications
 Become the functional and business process expert for WebCenter (and any other tools, systems) that are core to Graphics
 Develop strategies, plans, and timelines for technical items to meet business objectives 
 Track issues and support requests to enable process improvements and smarter, robust training
 
 
 Required Skills and Education: 
 2 or 4-year degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or equivalent
 Project and change management experience 
 3+ years of progressively challenging experience in systems, technology, etc. 
 CPG business experience a plus
 Passion for learning – ability to quickly learn new things and retain and leverage that knowledge to quickly deliver results 
 Customer focused and results oriented
 Quality focus – do it right the first time (DIRTFT) 
 Ability to manage details while keeping sight of the big picture, driving value
 Must work independently, virtually and effectively with cross functional teams
 Ability to prioritize and progress multiple projects concurrently
 Demonstrated deep analysis and problem solving abilities
 Strong teamwork, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate concisely to all levels within the organization, external partners, and management
 Exceptional planning and organizational skills
 Demonstrated computer skills (PLM and/or SAP experience a plus)
