MR Upgrades Coordinator 

Essential Tasks & Responsibilities: 
• Integrate with global Engineering Change Boards to monitor for changes to upgrade product structure documents 
• Project Manage efforts to minimize fulfillment & order backlog impact from engineering changes to customer orders for MR Upgrade offerings. 
• Manage Customer Order Backlog conversion in the event of upgrade structure changes 
• Manage commercial adherence in the use of upgrade checklists prior to order booking 
 
Required Skills & Experience: 
• Bachelor’s degree (or Associate’s degree with 2 years’ experience) in a Technical Role – science, engineering, manufacturing 
• Demonstrated project management experience in cross-functional environment 
• Demonstrated ability to work with remote and global teams 
 
Desired Characteristics 
• Previous GE Healthcare or medical device engineering & manufacturing experience 
• 5 years’ work experience in regulated industry 
• Exposure to working with commercial and sales teams under time-sensitive projects and deliverables.
