What You'll Do
This position is within HR Compensation’s Solutions Enablement team. The Compensation Solutions Enablement team is focused on intuitive tools and solutions to better support the business, HR and Comp. This role will be focused on run the business for our Compensation Planning Programs and ad hoc requests. This role may also be involved in our Always On Rewards tool setup. The role will work closely with IT, People Program Delivery, Oracle and Compensation as we deliver new functionality of recently release suite of tools. Will also be responsible for its enhancements in an effort to streamline. This position is responsible to drive results of their initiatives. The candidate must be able to influence and drive cross functional resources to achieve deliverables.

You have the proven ability to adapt and work effectively in a matrix organization with competing deadlines. Excellent written, oral and presentation skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards long-term goals are a must in this role. • Bachelors + 3 years of related experience
• 2+ years of experience within HR, IT or Project Management
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Proficient and efficient with productivity tools including Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
• Desire and willingness to learn new technologies and software systems
• Flexibility and openness to change, comfortable with ambiguity
