Materials Management
• Manage and maintain relevant material master updates in ERP system and related processes
• Manage aging backlog and backlog integrity
• Manage supply/demand allocations
• Manage supply delay communications and lead time page discussions & updates
• Participates in the planning, scheduling and monitoring of the movement of materials through the
Production cycle
• Initiate & transact RMA’s sales orders/purchase orders to factories, vendors etc…according to customer requirements
Reporting
• Support, generate, maintain and distribute key reports within the organization
• General reporting and presentation
Documentation
• Write and edit documentation, including standard operating procedures, job aids and process overviews/flows
• Support the planning and coordination of new product & process introductions as it relates to process documentation
General
• Provides semi-complex clerical support to order management, logistics and materials management in data entry, filing, coordinating paper flow etc
• Participates in continuous improvement activities & supports related documentation requirements
• Participates in the coordination of activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs
• Supports order tracking
• Provides a wide variety of clerical or administrative support to the overall organization
• Performs other miscellaneous duties inherent to the job
