Job Title: SharePoint Migration Site Disposition Analyst
Location: Racine, WI

Job Description:

This resource will play a key role in reviewing with the business clients the existing SharePoint 2010 sites and site collections to determine the proper disposition of these sites relative to the new environment. The primary focus would be to contact the site owner/administrator (sometimes playing detective to track down the correct one) and review the site to determine whether it can be deleted or will be migrated. For sites to be migrated a preliminary determination would be made whether it will be a normal migration or if any ‘rebuild’ or restructuring is needed. From there they would coordinate with Project management and Migration Coordinators to align on timing, scheduling, and resource expectations for migrations. As the level of analysis begins to wind down and detailed migrations increase in volume, this role could help with Change Management, assisting the Site Administrators through the transition and communication process. 

Working hours should align with core Racine work hours (Central Time zone) with some flexibility for virtual meetings early or evening as needed to support Europe or Asia client discussions. 

Key Skills Required 
Excellent Communication skills to converse with a variety of business clients in many roles and organizations, as well as technical teams 
Very strong Organizational skills to track status of multiple conversations around many sites 
Able to take initiative and drive results. Take ownership. 
SharePoint capability. Should understand SharePoint well enough to discuss options and context with all parties, but it is not necessary to have full in depth technical capabilities. There is a focused project team of SharePoint experts that this role will engage with on technical topics but contextual understanding of SharePoint and it’s capabilities is appropriate. It is not expected that this role would be doing ‘hands on’ SharePoint technical tasks. 
Basic MS-Access skills to utilize an Access based ‘tracking’ tool to record disposition decisions and report status. 
Good Windows and File management skills to provide organization and tracking of decisions made, as well as to aid clients in content mapping questions. 
Excel and Word skills to provide status reporting and charts tracking progress, reporting counts by disposition decision options, etc.
