This role will be supporting existing Cyber and IT functions with a focus on Delivery, including collaborating and coordinating across Security, IT and Business segments. Primary responsibilities include program/project delivery, budget management, planning, executive communications and participation in cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities: • Provide strategic guidance and tracking of critical cross-functional investments (i.e. programs and projects) in bringing distinct, specific programs/projects to completion. • Typically, responsible for highly complex, large budget projects with global impact, involving multiple functions or processes. • Manages programs and/or projects, or specific activities related to same within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project. • Provides guidance in managing programs and/or projects from planning/initiation through delivery; conducts regular reviews with finance, technology partners and customers to ensure program is on track and manages risks/issues to resolution. • Ability to work in a team environment and influence others to achieve results; may oversee or mentor team members. • Influences continuous improvement of project/program process, practices and initiatives.
Accountabilities:
Drives the development and execution of project plan by working with project team to define, sequence, and estimate duration of activities and determine schedules to meet project objectives Ensures consistency and adherence to standards, processes, and policies for all projects Manages all aspects of the project execution including: chartering, scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, change control, risk management and reporting
Requirements:
• 10+ years’ experience in Delivery management, program/project management, portfolio management, process mapping, strategic planning or similar field.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing and shifting priorities. • Ability to devise and implement processes and process improvements to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
• PMP
• Ability to lead and influence a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels from team member to executive. • Results driven and accountability-minded.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ideal candidates will be able to speak to their experience managing projects that are under high-visibility and require realignment of objectives or goals. • Ideal candidates will be able to describe their ability to identify complex problems and outline creative solutioning to salvage existing projects and/or drive people to the finish line. • Cybersecurity is priority and experience with IT Infrastructure and User Experience projects are plus
