Buyer Planner I

Planning and tracking defined Operations and Supply chain projects with an emphasis on execution.
• Preferred Experience in Medical Device industry or other FDA regulated industry.
• Extensive SAP Master data work in Material, Production, Purchasing and Inventory modules
• Manage all ECO deliverables for ECRs as they arise for parts, FCO, and NPI.
• Create and deliver all necessary PRP documents to AGILE system
• Ability to work independently, network with key stakeholders, problem solve effectively
• SCE enrichment in SAP
• The employee supports project / program managers in planning and execution of multiple NPI projects
• Supports project and program managers on plan reporting
• Ensure compliance of project to the defined procedures / agreements
• Support continuous improvement of processes
• Supports day to day lifecycle management of operations existing products.
Support for multiple ongoing PROS NPI Programs and support for 3rd party contracting
• NPI on PROS roadmap – represents Operations inside NPI teams
• Program deliverables for the described projects
• Price variance resolution
• Support for 3rd party / contract / SLA, ICQA / cost negotiations / onboarding
Product Lifecycle Management Support
• FCO enrichment and stocking
• Operations KPI monitoring - reporting
• DEFOA & returns -- investigation -resolution management
• Repair systems and parts - EOL for all current products
• SCE enrichment
Support for transition projects
• Manage supplier ramp down
• DESYRE to Physical View transition (product traceability) - Project – expected to finish 2018
• QMS to PDLM transition (Quality procedure for NPI) – expected to finish 2018
• Agile to Windchill transition (document control)-Project – expected to finish 2018

• Support projects in following structure from planning through execution

• Take responsibility and drive project compliance to defined processes and regulatory requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree, Operations degree preferred
• Minimum Philips Project Management Certification = Foundation desired
• 1+ years of relevant experience

• Understanding of the project management methods, processes and tools
• Basic functional knowledge of the products and standard systems produced by PROS.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety standards, specially related to Radiation Oncology
• Knowledge of quality and compliance requirements
