Project Management Specialist 2 (Non-Technical)

Duration: 12 months +

• Work strategically and efficiently to deliver a large volume of deliverables on a monthly basis in partnership with other vendors 
• Ability to manage large amounts of data in Excel and maintain accuracy 
• Strong organizational and time management skills to maintain high productivity with changing priorities 
• Deliver virtual products and support while following training and SOPs with a high-level of accuracy 
• Provide customer support for all associated products 
• Ability to run and compile reports for internal sales colleagues 
• Knowledge of virtual class concept and ability to provide technical and operational support for VILTs as needed 
• Ability to learn quickly and retain training information and materials 
• Knowledge of SAP a plus 

· Deliver service contract virtual education through researching and confirming customer data and deploying through LMS and ordering from vendor partner 
· Provide LMS commercial support (phone and email) for internal and external customers 
· Process Point of Sale and Stand Alone orders or Virtual products 
· Coordinate Virtual Instructor Led Training Classes with customers and instructors 
· Additional job duties as needed
