Seeking a Digital Operations Specialist with the following skill set to support web content authoring, digital marketing activities, and adhoc digital asset creation:
-Experienced with Content Management Systems, ideally Adobe CQ5 /AEM, with a portfolio to showcase work delivered
-Knowledge and experience with HTML, and comfortable working closely with development & testing teams
-Experience or aptitude to learn relevant marketing and CRM automation tools, such as HubSpot
-Familiarity with an AGILE working environment
-Must be able to work independently and self-motivate, -direct under tight deadlines
-Strong attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple requests at once
-Basic graphic design skills, including working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for light design work
-A self-starter who is comfortable driving success for specific tasks and finding answers to questions
This role, reporting into the Customer Journey Manager, will support the execution and optimization of digital content and marketing campaigns, with primary responsibilities focused on:
-Coordinating with stakeholders, administer site content in coordination with promotional changes, content updates, and marketing campaigns using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
-Perform QA and testing of all authored experiences to ensure high quality delivery
-Upload and organize new video and digital assets within AEM library
-Work with development team to ensure site functionality is running properly at all times, fixing author-able bugs, troubleshooting and logging JIRA tickets as needed
-Create timelines, manage priorities and work with multiple stakeholders to translate business request into digital outputs; work independently to pace and balance workload
Digital Marketing support, as need:
-Coordinate with Marketing stakeholders to build and execute email campaigns within CRM tool
-Ensure high quality and error-free implementation through robust testing and QA of email marketing campaigns, using multiple browsers and email clients
-Monitor and report on CRM campaign performance
-Assist the Digital Marketing team in day-to-day management and delivery of digital marketing programs including promotion setup, SEO, and campaign tracking
Experience: 2-5 years professional experience
