Job Description Summary
We challenge you to support Philips Healthcare as a Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst within the Philips Patient Care & Monitoring Solutions (PCMS) Procurement Engineering group. In this role you will responsible for assisting the PMO with the development, maintenance and analysis of project information, maintaining central repository and intranet sites, standard reporting and assisting with meetings/scheduling of project reviews
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare and maintain procurement/financial reporting and data corrections
- Generate monthly performance reporting and project tracking tools
- Gather project information and data from key stakeholders
- Continuously improve and maintain central information, project database and master data
- Maintain project information within intranet site
- Coordinate and support project status meetings & report results
- Prepare and execute small and/or single discipline projects according to project plan (specification, quality, timing, budget and organization)
Excellent skill with Data analysis using MS Excel;
Excellent skill with MS PowerPoint
