Location: Cary, NC
Responsible for entering, maintaining, and processing customer orders.
Proactively manages customer relationships; coordinates standing orders and product lot sequesters; initiates timely communication of delayed shipments; provides customer with delivery and pricing information; resolves disputed pricing.
Associates Degree and 1-3 years experience required. Strong telephone skills, basic contract administration skills, strong problem solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and negotiation skills.
