 Actual Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist 
 The supply chain specialist will: 
 • Place purchase orders for direct material and service parts 
 • Reschedule existing orders to reflect production schedule changes and to fulfill customer needs 
 • Ensure the timely, accurate and cost effective delivery of goods to internal and external customers 
 • Maintain end-to-end supply chain master data and ensure quality 
 • Implement new concepts and process controls for supply chain planning, purchasing and logistics processes 
 • Proactively identify deficiencies in supply chain performance and engage key stakeholders in driving short-term and long-term improvements 
 • Lead supply chain improvement to optimize operations 
 • Manage and maintain supply chain and logistics performance metrics 
 • Assist in adoption of standardized processes and enhancement of standard work 
 To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience: 
 • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field 
 • Experience in Operations, Supply Chain Management, planning, logistics 
 • Thorough knowledge of material requirement planning and the material management 
 • Strong analytical skill 
 • Strong SAP and Microsoft Excel Skills are required 
 • LEAN mindset
