 Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) team is a ground-up effort to build Infrastructure-as-a-Service that operate at high scale in a broadly distributed multi-tenant public cloud environment. Our customers run their businesses on our cloud, and our mission is to provide them with best in class compute, storage, networking, database, security, and an ever expanding set of foundation cloud-based services. We’re looking for technical program managers to drive a variety of business-critical programs. 
 
 As part of the Platform Program Management Office (PMO) you will help effectively deliver business results. We are leaders, motivators, and strategic thinkers working across teams and offices to ensure collaboration, communication, visibility, and successful delivery of programs and projects. 
 
 Ultimately we are responsible for helping teams achieve their goals, work strategically together, and remain adaptable in an innovative, ever-changing environment. We’re always looking for ways to optimize. 
 
 We need Program Coordinators to join our team. The Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting our Program Managers in organization, reporting, and communications for our ongoing initiatives. We will be monitoring schedules, organizing and participating in stakeholder and program meeting, developing and executing status reporting, and assisting with cross team communication and collaboration.
 
 Responsibilities include:
 
 •       Planning and management of small projects and sub-projects independently or in cooperation with other Program managers.
 •       Ensuring timely delivery per program requirements.
 •       Project administrative and financial tasks.
 •       Identifying resource needs for various initiatives and working with the assigned stakeholders for resolution.
 •       Support business and hiring strategy.
 •       Develop and improve on existing project management processes.
 •       Supporting team members in everyday problems and issues by delivering practical, detailed task information.
 •       Track quality, effectiveness and efficiency of assigned programs.
 •       Communicate with internal resources to organize and facilitate work.
 •       Communicate with PM and others to manage schedules, resolve issues, manage capacity, etc.
 
 Role Requirements:
 
 •       Demonstrated ability in project coordination.
 •       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Excellent Excel skills required.
 •       Enjoy working in a fast pace environment and the ability to work in a multi-cultural global environment, with tight deadlines, multi-site teams and different projects simultaneously.
 •       Ability to learn new technology and tools while working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
 •       Ability to keep projects on track with supportive project artifacts and communications.
 •       Organizational agility and proven track record on learning new methodologies and tools.
 •       Ability to take direction from senior team members and execute in a timely manner.
 •       Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
 •       Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
 •       Must be proactive and solution-oriented with an eye for detail.
 •       Experience dealing with customers.
 •       Excellent communication skills along with reports and presentation preparation.
