Title: Service Sales Administration

Job Description:
* Works with dedicated service sales team to prepare, review, and book customer proposal’s and orders.
* Review customer orders and checks consistency and completeness in cooperation with all involved stakeholders on both customer side and Siemens Sales/Project Management teams.
* Helps monitor branch service agreements and timely bookings of all renewals and changes/additions.
* Works with branch operations team (Client Service Managers & PM’s) to distribute and arrange reviews of new/existing agreements and contracts.
* Helps with customer sales support process including presentations and demonstrations.
* Entry level position with minimum of 2 years’ experience required. Process training will be provided.
* Basic IT systems support and knowledge is not required but would be preferred.
* Computer and standard program skills required.
