This position is responsible for providing advanced technical and functional support of Infrastructure, applications, and Tyson business systems for the end-user. This includes: responsibility for the technical and functional support of strategic business initiatives; aligning with specific business groups to understand current and anticipated business process support needs; assisting with the development, implementation, and support of internally developed business applications and processes; providing advanced application and operating systems, technical and functional support in a networked environment. Other duties include: documentation of activities via the support center call-tracking tool, which includes creating, logging, and revising of specific technical manuals; knowledge repositories and correspondences; creating and interpreting reports; disseminate and follow up on the information as necessary; perform all system related and/or configuration assignments as well as coach and mentor other team members; analyze and resolve software and/or hardware errors in a timely and accurate fashion; provide status reports where required; develop and review design specifications for software applications; create and maintain documentation for system and/or configuration throughout the system lifecycle; provide on-call support and problem resolution for systems; work with end-user groups closely to assist with aligning IS technology with the department's business goals; conduct feasibility studies to define the purpose, functions, and overall structure of business processes; perform analysis and document business processes leading to process change and/or system implementation; assist in developing system/application architecture; aid in developing scope and requirements for IS projects for a business unit; aid in development and execution of project plans.

Experience: 3-5 moble release implementations at enterprise level
