Sr. Manager Customer Marketing

We are seeking a Sr. Manager of Customer Demand Marketing skilled at building and managing campaign strategies that will help acquire, nurture and grow our customers.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy for our existing customers. .

Responsibilities
• Drive marketing excellence with attention to detail, ensuring relevant and engaging user experiences
• Develop and iterate on personas (customer groups, title groups, product groups) to enable us to deeply understand our customer
• Develop strategies and tactics working with Product Marketing to regularly communicate to platform users to increase engagement and usage
• Work with sales, sales ops and Product Marketing to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and develop tactics and content to drive success
• Work with content and demand gen teams to improve customer engagement in our owned channels – email, social, blogs, etc.
• Build relationships with sales teams and their clients to better understand the customer needs
• Work closely with design to ensure relevance and impact of creative for customer campaigns
• Brief International team upfront on all U.S. campaign and customer program strategies so International team can identify whether to “version” for key markets
• Be the main point of contact with select product-specific success committees
Requirements
• Undergraduate degree in business/marketing/communications
• 7+ years of experience in marketing at a brand, agency, or leading media/technology company, B2B experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in Account-based Marketing a plus
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
• Skilled at managing multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously across many stakeholder groups and approvers
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
• Skilled in CRM and Automation technologies, with critical thinking on how to engage sales in using systems
• Experience in managing creative development through partnership with internal and external teams
• Experience working in a matrixed organization
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to take complex ideas and quantitative data into simple messages.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Ideally located in New York, NY or Reston, VA
