 NPI to Cash is one of our flagship transformational programs in North America Market, building and implementing the end-to-end capabilities that will enable Philips to play and win in the solutions space.
 
 For this iconic transformation program, we are looking for a Deployment Manager of Software and Service Capabilities in North America Market. This is a challenging but also rewarding role where the selected candidate will bring the new capabilities to life in the market and ensure they are well adopted and “stick”. The role covers integral planning, alignment across the various streams with the business stakeholders in the market, the implementation and post-implementation activities and support. It reports to the Global People and Transformation Leader and is based in Andover, USA
 
 Your responsibilities
 The Deployment Manager is responsible for the End2End management of a project implementation and activation. It is responsible for:
 • Managing both internal and external stakeholders. Gaining agreements on and achieving project scope and objectives
 • Ensuring effective integration of workstream deliverables into a cohesive whole across Business Change and Adoption, People, Process, Technology and Data.
 • Managing projects is in line with project guidelines and directives. Determines project risks, defines corrective action and drives the projects to closure. Determines, allocates, and directs all project resources in accordance with guidelines
 • Keeps abreast of developments in project management tools and processes (both internal and external). Ensures Sector-wide compliance to corporate policies/rules/procedures

 We are looking for
 Our ideal candidate has the following profile;
 
 Skills and Experience
 • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) or equivalent with at least 5 - 7 years business experience in functional leadership role in one or more functions (Sales, Quality, Supply Chain, Strategy, F&A). Experience in Life Sciences Industry is preferred.
 • Proven ability to be a strong, independent leader who can manage a complex business / program environment, lead large, geographically spread global programs
 • Experience in project management approaches, techniques and tools (e.g. PMP, Agile, MS Project) with the ability to work with program tracking tools, and ensure their correct use by the rest of the program team
 • Experience with cloud based technology platforms like salesforce.com, Apttus is preferred. 
• Operating in a matrix environment, mobilizing teams to a focused outcome 
• Knowledge and experience in Lean methodologies. Black Belt, DMAIC, DFSS, LEAN knowledge and experience is strongly preferred 
• Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
