Sr Marketing program manager/ 11703
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 months plus possible extension
As a leader on the Enterprise Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the marketing engagement, expansion and execution of CXO programs.
This marketing leadership role is a critical enabler for Nutanix to drive scale, visibility, and automation into our CXO marketing programs and messaging.
You will work closely with Field Marketing, Enterprise Marketing, Marketing Operations, and other Marketing stakeholders and leaders -- to define and deliver on key Content Creation that will enable our sales and marketing teams to drive awareness and adoption of Nutanix with CXOs across the industry. This role will be a critical growth driver for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and create relevant and compelling Content & Collateral for the CXO/CIO audience
• Develop compelling and differentiated messaging for the CXO audience
• Create content that can be distributed & promoted via digital marketing capabilities for CXO audiences as part of defined programs and goals that support contact growth & engagement
• Lead the global rollout of key CXO programs and CXO Events to enable field campaign execution and effectiveness
• For CXO Events, have the ability to create/source relevant CXO content and secure speakers (internal and external) to speak at CXO Events.
• Drive thought leadership and enable our Field Marketing global and regional teams to track the engagement and contact growth/development of CXOs and Senior Leadership
• Continually ensure alignment of messaging topics and thought leadership and priorities with Product Marketing and Sales leaders

Qualifications and Experience:
• 10+ yrs. experience in marketing programs
• 3+ experience in creating, writing and sourcing CXO/CIO content
• Proven written and verbal skills for a CXO audience
• Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or marketing disciplines
