• Minimum of 3-5 years of digital experience, specifically strategic web site management, project management and digital marketing.
• Preferably, a BA/BS in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or Information Technology (with a proper understanding of Marketing).
• Digital and eCommerce experience within a Healthcare / B2B environment is a plus.
• In depth experience with one or more of the following; SEO/SEM, email marketing, e-commerce, social media, mobile marketing.
• Must be an imaginative, enthusiastic marketer with a commitment to delivering measurable results and a proven ability to manage projects to successful completion. Fun, creative professional, excited about web technologies and the business value they will bring to Philips.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to effectively influence others in multiple groups to achieve specific goals. The ideal candidate must be a team player.
• Solid knowledge of internet technologies including those involving content management, web analytics, search engine marketing, email marketing, web site usability, etc.
• Must be structured, organized, proactive and able to work independently with little day-to-day direction
• Familiarity with large, multi-national organizations a plus, good communication and organizational skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships across a geographically diverse Marketing organization
