The Enablement Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and delivering new hire orientation sessions. 
This role engages multiple stakeholders across NAAC, HR and Recruiting to define and maintain relevant content and coordinate logistics for each session. In addition, this role supports other Talent Strategy initiatives focused on attracting retaining and engaging team members. 
 
Preferred Qualifications: 
Two years related experience. 
Experience in a consulting environment a plus. 
Ability to communicate effectively. 
Ability to build rapport with team members and other stakeholders. 
Willing to travel regionally with some national travel. 
May have project lead role. 
 
A BS or BA in related fields. 
1-3 years overall experience in functional or technical role. 
Job duties are varied and complex, requiring independent judgment.
 
Position Summary: 
An extraordinary opportunity for an individual with the experience and enthusiasm to help develop the next generation of Oracle North American Applications Consulting Consultants and to have a direct impact on employee engagement. This role is central to acclimating new hires to the Oracle environment and product set, supporting the continuing enablement of experienced employees on the Oracle applications, and teaching our customer engagement methodology and business processes. 
 
The Enablement Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the on-boarding initiatives for the Consulting Practice. 
For new employees, you will help oversee their preparation for entry into the consulting practice; including leading the orientation and on boarding for new experienced hires. 
Activities include conducting workshops, coordinating executive-led presentations, and guiding them through structured learning activities defined within the various welcome programs. 
Additionally, you will be in a unique position to contribute to the growth and development of overall Consulting Enablement programs. 
You will be responsible for assisting in the ongoing development of talent strategy training and associated materials; including working with other departments to augment existing materials provided by them. 
Such activities include revising or developing content based on participant feedback and new program initiatives, partnering with team members to ensure a consistent experience across all offices, and providing support as requested for overall talent strategy operations. 
 
Responsibilities include: 
• Drive program and participant success; invest in the success of the team and go above and beyond 
• Motivate individuals to succeed through impassioned leadership, coaching, and creativity 
• Deliver new hire onboarding programs for the consulting practice across multiple roles and ensure new hires complete their new hire objectives 
• Provide continuous education on a periodic basis; utilizing existing content created by the business unit or by contributing to the design and development of new content 
• Conduct needs assessments and feedback efforts with key stakeholders 
• Support new initiatives within the various programs that advance the goals of talent strategy or the Consulting Practice 
• Work effectively and cross functionally across the organization; earning trust and building relationships throughout 
• Partner with the Consulting organization to identify and advocate for their specific enablement needs 
• Develop an understanding of Professional Services responsibilities and functions to better identify requirements and create training activities 
• Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence 
• Coordinate with the recruiting organization for analyst hiring 
•

• Trainer and/or Mentor role experience
• Proactive approach and desire to launch and successfully execute new initiatives 
• Strong team player with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage internal and external responsibilities simultaneously 
• Successful resource allocation, timeline and project management experience 
• Ability to create and track metrics 
• Outstanding communication skills; presentation, written, verbal, listening, and influencing. 
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Software package implementation and/or enhancement experience is a plus
 
This is an office-based position providing orientation and on-going support to new hires.. In some cases, you may be asked to onboard groups in other cities. US Military Veterans are encouraged to apply.
