Duration: 10-11 months with potential to convert to Permanent
Location: Cary, NC
Shift: 10am - 7 pm
Responsible for entering, maintaining, and processing customer orders.
Proactively manages customer relationships; coordinates standing orders and product lot sequesters; initiates timely communication of delayed shipments; provides customer with delivery and pricing information; resolves disputed pricing.
Associates Degree and 1-3 years' experience required.
Strong telephone skills, basic contract administration skills, strong problem solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and negotiation skills.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a demeanor of professionalism, collaboration, commitment to excellence and a customer-focused approach.
The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment is needed
