Description:
Experience: 1 -2 years of experience in position or specialization. Education: High-school/Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience if applicable. Certification if applicable. Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires. Suggests and participates in process improvement activities. SAP knowledge beneficial. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, a PowerPoint. Builds and maintain business relationship with internal customers.
