Job Description: Job: NA Campus Coordinator
Purpose: Provide support for a campus recruiting team
Responsibilities:
• Process Offers for campus program
• Update campus database with status of offer
• Work with senior management on any updates or changes to offer
• Work with recruiting team to ensure accuracy of offer information
• Update HR records as the candidates begin the onboarding process
• Manage information in several systems including Taleo, iRecruitment, and Campus Dashboard
• Build and run reports in our dashboard
• Provide additional support to team if needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years experience working with a HR/Recruiting team
• Extremely detailed oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Products including Excel and Word
• Ability to manage working in several different tech platforms
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Comfortable working independently
• Comfortable working with confidential information
