Manager Notes: This contractor will come in to handle some of the repeat and return business that Zebra handles on a day to day, the manager is not looking for someone with a ton of experience. Would be nice if they had familiarity in SharePoint and Microsoft Office, they do not have to be experts. Manager is open to reviewing someone that is a recent grad with entry level experience. Manager is also open to interviewing folks that have the experience and have maybe been away from the labor market for some time. This candidate does not need to have a bachelors degree.
Zebra's Regional Custom Business Management (RCBM) team supports the customization of Zebra Printer Products by filtering requests and seeking complete requirements, providing project timeline quotes, pricing, and coordinating projects through completion. This Project Coordinator role will work closely with the engineering and sales teams to ensure steady progress across all open projects in the region. The team is responsible for pre-sale quotation and post-sale delivery. This role will be primarily post-sale project coordination to ensure timely delivery to enable billing and release of customized product for sale.
Tasks include: Submit the Statement Of Work (SOW) to the sales team and pursue approvals and purchase orders (POs) from partners. Maintain list of projects awaiting approval. Forward PO to order management, and request they invoice upon project completion. Notify internal teams upon solution release to enable proper distribution. Communicate funding options and price decisions of RCBM to Zebra sales team or external partners. Set project expectations and requirements with project team in accordance with documented policies.
The right candidate will possess strong organizational and goal-oriented time management skills and must consistently follow-up with a list of projects. Preference to candidates with experience using MS Excel, Sharepoint, and who demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills.
