Summary: The position is responsible for providing maintenance, enhancements and additional functionality to support the Frontier sales organizations of the IBM Sterling 9.2 Commercial Ordering application.
This person will work closely with the business to identify how the ordering application can be enhanced to offer increased functionality to meet business requirements.
---- Ability to lead full life-cycle projects including requirements, design, build, test and implement phases to meet due dates. Provide technical, management and process direction for the team. Support budget planning, performance reviews, goal sheets, mentoring and employee selection.
----- Design, develop and implement CRM system enhancements as part of the CRM Application Development team including responsibility for project deliverables and production support. Coordinate resolution of problems tickets, including on-call rotation, escalation and implementation
Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
--Minimum of 7 years of progressive IT experience, including 5 years of Java application development and management.
Experience developing web based applications with Oracle databases
