Experience: 5 or more years of experience in position or specialization. Education: High-school/Associates or equivalent experience if applicable. Certification if applicable. Receive all documents and enter the data into the on-line system on the PC. Operate a data entry device to input and maintain lists and records. Create and update databases. Maintain a daily count of all claims processed.

1. Education and Experience: HS diploma required; college experience a plus
2. Individual with high attention to detail
3. Proficient using computer systems and tools (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) – and Internet for searching
4. Organized and thorough
5. Provide status / update reports, showing progress to project completion
6. Ability to work independently on project task and objectives
7. Clear communication; written and verbal. Individual will be interacting with internal customers and soliciting documents and manuals from vendors / providers, if needed
8. Ability to follow work instructions / standard operating procedures and create ‘equipment packets’ for onsite equipment
9. Experience in remediation efforts or other focused project work a strong plus
10. SAP experience a plus, but not required
11. Previous experience working in Medical Device industry or equivalent helpful, but not required
