Essential Responsibilities:
The Quality Documentation Specialist works with quality, engineering, manufacturing and materials functions to meet assigned objectives. In this role you will work within defined parameters to make decisions and apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity. This role can resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning. In the role of Quality Documentation Specialist, you will: Review contracts and purchase orders to determine customer and or regulatory documentation requirements Compile and assemble documentation required for projects and orders per quality work instructions Review material test reports, weld rod certifications, NDE reports, heat treat reports and other related documentation for compliance with purchase order, and regulatory requirements (i.e. ASME, PED, Nuclear) Maintain files necessary to provide records required to process orders in accordance with procedures, instructions, customer and agency requirements

The Quality Documentation Specialist will be responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity. In this role, you will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years of document management and/or manufacturing and/ or quality experience
Desired Characteristics:
SAP or other ERP system experience Demonstrated commitment for process improvement Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high energy environment
