Dell Blue is searching for a Senior Copywriter / Copywriter who is passionate about their craft and eager to make an impact on the work we do. This individual is experienced within the interactive, social media, brand campaign, and content space; has worked with a variety of tones and voice styles and will ensure exceptional results on copy deliverables. This candidate will join our outstanding Content Studio creative team to create thought provoking and compelling B2B website content that upholds the Dell brand. 
 
Detailed Job Description:
• Become an expert on the Dell B2B product portfolio / services • Responsible for developing a wide variety of content including blogs, articles, whitepapers and reports, social media, landing pages, market research trends, customer success stories, video and more • Collaborate with designers, art directors, creative supervisors and web production • Present work to clients and internal teams - while being sincere in considering all viewpoints and feedback • Exhibit strong communication skills and a drive to ask questions and obtain clarity around directives • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, enjoy working on numerous projects at once and respect deadlines. 
 
Accountabilities:
Plans project schedule and strategies to ensure development, production, and completion of marketing programs. Develops, analyzes, and recommends evaluation process that identifies strategic advantages, competitive programs and customer needs. Prepares materials for internal and external presentations on products, business plans and leadership communications. Translates product plans, roadmaps and strategies into key product marketing messages and communications. Determines appropriate vehicle for message and audience Conducts concept presentation with the agency to provide direction. Manages inputs for content of communication with Brand, Legal and other stakeholders. Provides creative input to agency on layout and positioning, etc. aligning to Dell brand and voice guidelines. May be responsible for agency management including relationship, contract, planning and execution. Works with agency or team to set marcom strategy. Manages and optimizes the marketing communication budget. Develops and/or obtains approvals for project or creative briefs. Tests messages with customers, analysts and regions to ensure relevancy. Delivers pan-Dell alignment in critical GTM areas (events, sales plays, pan-Dell & Vertical messaging, BTB Digital, content and Channel). Integration point between planning, BUs, global shared services, and regions. Facilitates alignment, coordinate asset development, and drives execution of campaigns. Inputs marketing mix recommendations into planning process based on best practices & campaign analytics. Owns functional campaign briefs. Manages day-to-day campaign activities including working with virtual team to drive execution against objectives and deadlines. Integrates with regions & regional sales to ensure campaign objectives are understood and communicated, campaign milestones hit, and in-period adjustments made based on requirements and/or market shifts. Drives development of marketing toolkit guide that clarifies the role of marketing tactics, applications, and KPIs. Standardize as input to planning process. Develops and standardizes campaign management processes, responsibilities, and infrastructure. Establishes campaign KPIs, dashboards, and communications cadence to BUs, regions, and sales on performance. Manages development and review of creative processes. Provides direction to all internal marketing teams as well as external agencies. Coordinates with other campaign managers, marketing and business leaders to schedule and orchestrate campaigns for maximum impact. 
 
Responsibilities:
Experienced in the development, production, and completion of marketing programs, including product launch announcements to ensure successful execution of product launching Interacts with company and communications management to determine and plan major activities Takes on complex tasks in day to day campaign management activities, e.g. KPI tracking, reporting, preparing presentations and event management Manages concept development and copywriting for critical corporate and sales literature, audio/visual, multimedia and sales tools Supports development of marketing toolkit guides Knowledge of business and marketing strategy, concepts tools and techniques, including promotions, direct mail, customer relations, and advertising, viral/social media, e-commerce, customer segmentation, and advertising Creative, verbal and written communication skills Good presentation skills Basic ability to engage across all levels of the organization internally and with external partners Project management skills Good customer/market knowledge Good web applications, social media and content management skills Marketing mix and vehicles for demand generation Market Assessment 
 
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in marketing copywriting roles focusing on a range of digital content deliverables, experience in B2B preferred. (Advertising or interactive agency experience a big plus). • Must provide copywriting portfolio demonstrating ability to develop long form samples (aka news articles, blogs), website content and/or social media executions related to campaigns.
