Recruiter

Duration: Full time
Location: Anaheim, CA

Responsibilities:


Source, screen and qualify candidates based on position requirements
Partner with hiring managers to review job requirements and create job descriptions
Conduct high volume in-person interviews
Manage the interview process to ensure a positive experience for candidates
Administer the offer process
Coordinate, set up and participate in job fairs
Work with external employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates
Requirements:

5+ years in full cycle recruiting
Strong knowledge of hiring practices
Human Resources background a plus
High level of customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast paced office environment
Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

Recruiting: 4 years (Preferred)
human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
