Employee/Executive Communications Advisor

Employee/Executive Communications Advisor: 

The Employee/Executive Communications Advisor will lead global change management through strategic communications that are focused on upcoming changes via the HR organization, including the transition to a new HR information system, the launch of new education/learning platform and the launch of a new Employer Value Proposition. Responsible for developing net new and executing against already existing global communications plans that drive employee engagement and change management, this role will serve as the key communications lead for these projects. Responsibilities include: 

• Maintaining and building highly complex communications 
• Developing content (including messaging, memos, event experiences, video scripts, intranet articles, job aides, etc.) 
• Working with senior leaders to get approval and feedback 
• Executing against final tactics 
• Brainstorming creative ways to deliver a positive employee experience when it comes to the change being communicated – e.g. a simple memo is not enough for the large impact change that is taking place 
• Being organized, detail oriented, well versed in presentation development and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented culture. 

• Solid project management skills 
• Experience writing for an internal, employee audience is a must 
• Experience leading change management-specific communications is a must 
• Experience writing for an HR function is a plus, but not required 
• Works well independently and requires limited direction 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines 
• Outstanding presentation and superb writing skills 
• Ability to counsel senior management, deal effectively with key constituents and provide strategic direction. 
• Experience with SharePoint is a plus 
• 8+ years’ experience preferred
