Job Description:
***Contractor could work on project assigned to HR Services Team - They will be speaking with employees at all levels separating from Oracle. Goal of project is to dive in and understand attrition reasons within Oracle across several Lines of Businesses. Contractor must understand that separating from the company can be a sensitive situation and the departing employee may want to be private.***
***Top 3 Must Have Skills: 1. Strong Written/Verbal Communication – Detail Oriented 2. Must have professional maturity to handle highly confidential information 3. Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, v-look up) and PowerPoint***
***Bachelor's Degree Required along with 3-5 years of experience***
Provide administrative support for HR Services. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. Responsibilities: Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member. Meet and greet clients and visitors. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages. Research, price, and purchase office supplies. Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences. Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules. Collect and maintain PC inventory. Support staff in assigned project based work. Other duties as assigned.
