Principal Accountabilities:
• Monitoring and reconciling budgets and accruals
• Provide cross-charge instructions of global mobility costs
• Prepare, communicate, track, and document tax payment requests.
• Provide general technical assistance for and reporting from the global mobility systems.
• Administer ongoing ad hoc reports and programs in a timely, accurate, and knowledgeable manner for use by the Global Mobility Team and external partners.
• Review cost reports from external vendors and initiate cross charges
• Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices by the units.
• Provide general administrative support to the Global Mobility Team to maximize department efficiency including meeting planning.
• Plan, organize, and deliver small projects for the Global Mobility Team
• Recommends continuous improvement methods on operational procedures
• Assistance with calendar management, travel plans, expense reports, and meeting planning for the Team.
Key Skills:
• Expert knowledge of MS Office products used for analysis and presentation of data, specifically MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, and MS Access
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, using comprehensive approach with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
Desired Education/Experience:
• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in global mobility is a plus but not required
• Experience with managing budgets and accruals is a plus but not required
