Document Control/Processor

Job Opportunity for Document Processor at Colorado Springs CO with direct client. Please go through Detailed Job description below. 
Duration: 3-6 months. Extedible Contract only    
Here is a brief Job description:
What You Will Do: You will assist in the change management process to encompass documented processes, procedures, projects, and product. The Document Control department will support the change management process with system and process support and ensure the use of current, relevant, and approved documentation. Your primary role will revolve around control of all forms of documentation. 
 
What Success Looks Like: 
Ø  Process and release ECR’s, ECOs, & MCO’s, 
Ø  Ensure the accuracy of change orders including but not limited to documentation, revisions, and required approvers. 
Ø  Proof read and edit completed documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation and adherence to appropriate formatting. 
Ø  Review approved documents for accurate format, signatures, dating and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). 
Ø  Manage the document approval process including final approval signatures, completed implementation. 
Ø  Support the LHR/DHR scanning for release in Agile. 
Ø  Support Agile releases to Learning Management System (LMS) for training. 
 
Material and Equipment Directly Used: 
Ø  Computers with applicable software packages – Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) 
Ø  Microsoft Office Suite 
 
Education/Experience Necessary: 
Ø  Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma with relevant work experience 
Ø  Basic knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) 
Ø  1-2 years’ experience working in a regulated industry or similar manufacturing and engineering environments preferred 
Ø  Highly organized and detail oriented with strong follow-up skills to manage large volumes of documentation. Ability to understand priorities. 
Ø  Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
Ø  Accuracy is required in performing all functions of this position. 
Ø  Must demonstrate proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio, and Adobe Acrobat. 
Ø  Familiarity with Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system highly desirable
