This Administrative resource will support the front line Service Specialists that manage customer quotes and proposal.
The contractor will manage the administrative work after quote is generated – enter info into Oracle system, initiate any paperwork needed to start procurement process, provide fulfillment team with support expediting orders.
Oracle experience required & SAP experience preferred
3-5 years of experience in an Administrative role in an order management environment.
The Project Administrator I has the responsibility to support the project team to achieve quality results in a cost-effective timely manner.
Key responsibilities/essential functions include: Collaborates closely with PM�s, cross-functional teams and all partners, internal and external to GEHC Supports the implementation and management of assigned projects
Assists the project teams in project related activities
Coordinates and participates in project related meetings and drafts meeting minutes and agendas
Reviews and tracks documentation, regulatory documents and internal documents Uploads and maintains documents in tracking databases in a timely manner Maintains tracking tools, metrics, and calendars
Coordinate travel arrangements, when necessary
Required Qualifications: 1. Bachelors Degree (or internationally recognized equivalent.)
2. Minimum of five year�s project related administrative support experience.
3. Proficient in E-mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows applications.
