This critical team member will be providing customer service, technical support and product recommendations to our reseller channel and consumers via phone and email.
Qualified Candidates will have:
• Professional, high energy, communication skills (written and verbal)
• 3 years of experience in a customer service environment
• Proven track record of answering high volume calls, providing customer support or inside sales for technology products or electronics
• Ability to respond to customer inquiries by researching status of orders for repair, return or servicing
• Desire to build customer relationships
• Technical aptitude
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and computer literate
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
