Job Description:
 looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a knack for social media to join our outstanding Content Studio creative team. This candidate will have a high level of digital expertise and production experience. You’ll design and create quick-turn social assets and attend live events, sometimes shooting photography that will be featured on Dell’s social channels. You’ll also work alongside art directors, copywriters and videographers in the development and execution of creative assets that will live on the company’s website, social media pages, and alongside product or brand marketing campaigns. Job description: • Understand the design process and best practices, drawing from a broad experience of web and print projects. • Collaborate with art directors and copywriters to support organic and paid creative, including blogs, videos, GIFs and stills • Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team, using expertise in design, motion graphics and photography • Execute and produce concepts from start to finish, ranging from simple imagery to more complex animations • Design templates and layouts for ideas and messaging to be most effective in social media channels • Manage other design needs such as presentations, signage and collateral as needed • Desire to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment
 
Requirements:
• Must have link to digital portfolio that showcases desired skills. • 5+ years in a designer role • A keen eye for detail and a well-developed artistic and creative aesthetic • The ability to execute ideas and concepts in a variety of creative ways, while maintaining visual appearance, usability and brand continuity • Complete knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite design programs (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) • Familiarity with motion graphics, animation and editing software (After Effects and Premiere) • Experience with photography, either professionally or as a hobby, including the ability to shoot, retouch, resize and enhance imagery
 
Accountabilities:
Develops marketing and communications plans and activities for specific product(s) or solution(s) Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs Oversees the analysis and evaluation of key market statistics and customer requirements to define product/ solution strategies and identify opportunities to expand market share Maintains current status of customer requirements for existing and future products/ solutions Supports product/ solution launch and provide sustaining efforts to enable quoting, validation, pricing, order entry, and fulfillment of products/ solutions under management via internal sales tool and external web stores Develops content for internal and external audiences relaying product/solution strategies and value propositions, including customer presentations and sales training materials Works with demand, supply, and pricing teams to ensure accurate forecasting, lead-time estimating, and pricing for products/ solutions under management Manages product/ solutions launches to ensure sales force readiness and optimize P&L impact of product transitions Provides input into: item forecast & mix planning, category UPP and BU offer strategy Provides input into product transition playbooks (may also draft the playbooks)
 
Responsibilities:
Independently creates simple product marketing materials and performs simple product marketing activities Independently performs basic market research activities Works with development, product management and sales to support a product's lifecycle Assist's in planning and implementation of launches, core positioning, messaging, sales training and marketing programs for assigned offers Responsibilities include assessing market requirements, investigating new technologies, developing recommendations, establishing pricing plans and strategies as well as roadmap plan-or-records Participates in product business planning, forecasts, profit and loss, margins, risk factors, overall business plan, pricing analysis and recommendations
