Position Overview
· In support of the Education team, work directly with customers to gain an understanding of the customers training needs to schedule training events such as onsite, workshop and/or virtual deliverables.
· Work closely with internal and external customers to gain an understanding of customer training needs.
· Develop training plans and recommendations for customers based on their available training funds, staff experience, system configuration, and facility needs.
· Have a thorough knowledge of all Clinical Education offerings within a given modality and be able to explain the benefits of each to customers.
· Must have ability to identify and articulate Education Services’ portfolio to meet customer needs in a style that elicits customer confidence and build rapport.
· Drive revenue and margin by recommending overall training plans to customer and working with internal personnel to deliver training plans as needed by the customer.
· Provide timely response to internal and external customer communication and generate solutions for customer specific concerns.
Reports to the Director of Operations supporting Clinical Education Operations Team.
Responsibilities
· Coordinate onsite training workshops with customers and internal personnel.
· Drive revenue and margin by recommending overall training plans to customer and working with internal personnel to deliver training plans as needed by the customer.
· Provide timely response to internal and external customer communication and generate solutions for customer specific concerns.
· Function as the primary contact for customer to execute training deliverables.
· Work with management team to provide guidance and assistance in developing training plans for internal Clinical Education Application Specialists.
· Ensure productivity target is met for respective business line.
· Provide creative solutions to solve difficult problems in a very dynamic scheduling environment.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
· Associates Degree or equivalent work experience. Prefer medical device or imaging experience
· Superior communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels within Siemens and customer organizations
· Must have excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
· Enhanced computer skills required for accurate metric reporting. · Knowledge and experience with SAP preferred.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize and resolve multiple projects and issues.
· Experience in project management desired
· Minimal travel required
